At Braganza House, we hope that you will make yourself at home whilst treating the house with care. To help us maintain a pleasant and safe environment, please observe the following:
Please treat our staff with respect - we hope to create a kind and courteous environment.
Strictly no smoking is allowed in the main house, including the verandahs. However, if you wish to smoke you may do so in the gardens, pool area, Lionel’s Bar and Ambalama.
Any damage to or removal of Braganza House’s property by the guest, whether accidental or willful, will be chargeable.
Please refrain from eating in the bedrooms. As we are in the tropics, we do not hope to attract insects! However, eating on the verandah is allowed.
If you have a massage please make sure all oils are washed off before using our bedlinen.
Please use the shower before every swim.
For the safety of guests, please use plastic drinkware on the pool deck.
Strictly no parties allowed.
Only registered guests with a booking will be allowed onto the premises. Outside guests are not allowed without prior arrangement.
Pets are not allowed.
